Individual photo sequence

PHOTO SEQUEnce

I made my individual photo sequence with a bath bomb.

Eggsplosion

The bath bomb is called a dragon egg and it's appearance reminds me on the real egg. The process of bath bomb dissolving lasted for 10 minutes. In this process, I recorded the transformation of transparent water which, when the bath bomb dissolved at a high temperatures, had a white and orange colour as well as an egg. During the dissolving of the bomb the room filled with the smell of orange that calms. The combination of emotional calmness and live orange colour bring spirit and body into harmony.

After the getting out of the bath, I noticed that the glitter which was in the bomb was still on my skin. I found that lovely and was delighted as I am a sparkly person on the inside. But, the tub was also glittery, which meant after my relaxing bath I had to clean!!

I used my Huawei 10 Matt Lite to take the photography which has a dual camera of 16 megapixels. The editing was done in Layout which is an app on the phone, I put them into a collage of 9 photos, but I would have liked 10 because 5 is my favourite number! I used the Oslo filter in the instagram app, which deepens the tones and makes them warmer.

Reflection
I would like to try it again with a different bath bomb (called Sex Bomb) as it has a nicer colour palette of purple and pink tones - plus it's jasmine scented, which I like. I would have used a tripod or some equipment to give a stable focus and frame. The plug hole is in a different position on the first two frames, which looks unbalanced in the final image. However, I am pleased with the final outcome, especially the way movement is shown in static images with the swirling colours.

Manolo Blahnik Concept Sketch for the film 'Marie Antoinette'
Directed by Sofia Coppola (2014)

I like how Manolo Blahnik doing his sketches. This shoes are inspired by classical Baroque style and they are reminding me on the palace of Versailles, because they are made for 'Marie Antoinette' I suppose that they are made of luxuries and expensive material such as satin, silk and lace. Baby pink is dominant colour, with hint of red and green on inside witch create colour blocking. It is a slip on shoe with kitten heel and pointed toe witch is practical and wearable every day.
